Visceral Manipulation (VM)

Visceral Manipulation is a gentle manual therapy that aids your body’s ability to restrictions and unhealthy compensations that cause pain and disfunction. Electro-acupuncture

Electro-acupuncture is a form of acupuncture where a small electric current is passed between pairs of acupuncture needles. It has been effectively used as a form of anaesthesia as pain reliever for muscle aches and pain, and a treatment for neurological disorders. Electro-acupuncture can restore health and well-being.

Remedial Massage

The focus of remedial massage is to identify areas of dysfunction, release muscle tension, break up scar tissue and restore balance via the manipulation of soft tissue.

Scraping therapy (Gua sha)

Scraping therapy involves repeating pressure stroke of a tool along the meridians mostly on the back. Gua sha has the function of detoxifying the body, relieving pain, reducing fever and diminishing stress

Moxibustion

Moxibustion is an externally applied TCM treatment using a Chinese herb called Moxi, commonly known as mugwort. Moxa sticks are then lit and held over acupuncture points. The heat generated during moxibustion helps stimulate the flow of Qi, strength the blood and facilitate healing. That is why it is effective in treating gynaecological conditions,  digestive and immune deficiency disorders.

Cupping therapy

Cupping therapy is a form of alternative medicine in which glass or plastic cups are placed on the skin to create suction. Cupping removes any stagnation in the body and open the meridians.  It is effective when combined with acupuncture or Chinese medicines in treating various diseases and conditions, such as Herpes zoster, Acne, Facial paralysis.
